I guess the Stacy Keibler lady was off today 😢 but yea Go ask for Reece! He knows how to talk to customers and prep them on changes to your service in chronological order which we deserve today. He gets 100/100 overall rating. No 99s or 99.5, not even a 99.9, Reece received 100/100 score! Overall the store looks good too it just needs more women on the clock lol. Deal with it that's my opinion. Men of Culture do you hear me?

Devin (Hilliard) went above and beyond with helping me trade my mom's old phone in and get her a new plus all the accessories she needed/ wanted. He greeted us and moved chairs around to make a place for her wheelchair then brought everything to us. He did an amazing job explaining the difference in phones to my mom and helped us pick out the best user-friendly phone for her. After we picked out the phone he explained all the different options for accessories and which ones he would recommend off of performance ratings. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful through the whole process which made it real smooth and simple for my mom and I, which I greatly appreciated because she doesn't get out often and it was a positive experience. He also took the time to put her liquid glass screen protector on for us because I wasn't comfortable doing it myself. I would recommend setting up an appointment with Devin for all your needs because he actually cares and wants to help you the best he can.

Huge shoutout to the Verizon in Clemmons NC. Cheyenne who helped me with upgrading (super nice, funny, helpful) she made the whole process so easy.! Also shoutout to light skin Mr. Clean who helped me put a new screen protector on (super friendly and laid back) and then can’t forget Rain!! Even though she didn’t assist me with anything, she was a VERY friendly person… and those type of people are what makes people want to come back!

( Most of the issues didn't require purchase of any type. ) I always buy my accessories for my family's phones here. Carlos went above and beyond to help me and solve my situation today…spending over 2 hours with me to get me going again with something that neither the Apple Store or Apple Support could or would even try to help me with on several different occasions!! Best experience with Verizon in 17 years as a customer. I needed to upgrade four of our five phones yesterday. Fortunately Nikka Somozo answered the phone. She helped check my plan, find the best deals on phones and even found us accessories for them. She was kind, courteous, helpful and I did not have to spend all night there like I have in the past. I would recommend her to help anyone with their cellular needs. Thanks Nikka!

Had a great experience this past weekend with Nick! My dad and I did our research on the phones we wanted to upgrade to before hand, walked in and was greeted, told Nick we needed new phones and to get out of there ASAP (hungry toddler at home), and he took great care of us! We were completely set to go and out of there in under 45 minutes. He didn’t try to sell us unnecessary accessories, which was much appreciated, and made sure we were taken care of while also giving us the need to know about our new devices. The great sense of humor didn’t hurt either! Would highly recommend Nick if you visit this store. Be sure to ask for him!
