Who doesn’t allow pets inside a Pet store?! Felt like a pretty woman moment! We were looking for new sweaters and jackets for our pup, but wasn’t allowed. How is someone able to trying on for size? It’s a ridiculous policy! I walked in to see if the sign on the door was a joke. Lady at the counter said, you can carry her in. Umm .. NO! I rather take my business elsewhere. Big Big ... BIG MISTAKE!!

Didn't offer help to find items while we were looking for new cat supplies. Staff were very kind during check out and the selection is good, but a welcome in or an offer for help would have been appreciated.

A pet store, oh sorry I meant a “pet supplies store” that doesn’t allow dogs inside. Saw that sign and immediately drove away. Isn’t it implied if a dog pees on merchandise then the owner buys it?? Taking my business elsewhere.

Gal behind the counter was very outgoing and friendly. Place is full of the good quality pet supplies. It is a great place to get just the right toy treat medicine or comb for your pet. Plus lots of helpful local info such as walks. The owner should be proud.

It was a great experience, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. However the store felt a little cramped. There was more of some brands and not a lot of others (which happened to be the one my pup eats) And I found it odd that dogs are not allowed inside except for service animals. Otherwise decent experience.

From the outside this shop is tiny, but like the TARDIS there is a whole lot on the inside. For instance, there is a whole room dedicated to pet beds, the"bed room." There is quite a range of foods, toys, snacks, and leashes. The person behind the counter, who I presume to be the owner, was really friendly. Although the store has a no-pets-inside policy (I assume for the sake of the products and carpet), the owner loves animals and came out to visit with our newly dog. On the counter she had her two little dogs napping in beds and pictures of her whippets on the walls. This is a much warmer, friendlier pet store than the big box stores on the mainland.
