Best greeting card shop in South Holland, Illinois (IL) 2025

They never answer their phone! They have you on hold for what seems like forever and then when you think they answer, it is actually them just picking up the phone to put you back on hold immediately. All I am trying to do is call to let them know is a pet prescription and I will be paying for it without insurance so my refill can go through, but no, they don't answer so my prescription is on hold. This is despite the fact that I've been told that a note has been made in the chart so the insurance thing would not be an issue in the future. This is my second time dealing with them, for different issues and every time I have to talk to someone it is a hassle. They are quite incompetent or lazy! Or both! Safe yourself the hassle of dealing with stupidity and go elsewhere. ~Cecilia
