I went there to pick up an item that I was told by another gamestop they had in stock. Asked the employee and he went to the backroom. I followed and saw 2-3 of the item on a shelf. He spoke to Katrina and then came and told me she said the manager is keeping all of them for himself, most likely to flip them for profit. I told her well I'm a paying customer standing here. She told me sorry too bad. Never shopping at Gamestop again. Would give 0 star if I could. ~John

Worst Plato’s I’ve ever been to! Came an hour and a half before close to drop one bag off, was told they don’t take anything an hour before close. Had to explain how I came specially and hour and a half before clothes to give them enough time and be considerate to them. They finally took my clothes, texted after 10 minutes and was offered almost nothing for 10 items. 4 young kids working here standing around just talking, not wanting to assist customers and obviously not wanting to assist me. Would never come back this place is extremely unprofessional. Had great items that were almost new and perfect for the next season. Never again going to this location you’re better off driving to another. ~Lisseth
