Will, in the Waukegan IL auto center, really helped me! I am traveling and I didn’t know that all of my tires had low air. Will checked everything and didn’t mind explaining to me what could be causing my tire issues, and he didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. I have used Budget Truck Rental many times, its one of my go to when moving but I feel like they are trying to take advantage of the people/ me. I quoted a rental from Chicago to Tulsa, OK $1500... but from Tulsa, OK to Chicago $450.! The distance is the same, what is the deal? ? We the people do not like being taken advantage of..... one star for you. ~Jose

Went in for an air filter after the guy brought up the wrong one for my car he finally got it right. The guy who helped me was rude, but the guy who rang up my purchase was very nice. ~Jessie

Car broke down right across the street from them, and the guy there was just so amazing. I was able to fix my car today literally only speaking to him and YouTube a video on how to change a fuel pump. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Amazing people, excellent customer service, and was very patient while explaining things to me. ~Angela

So good! I was watching Big Bang Theory around 8pm and they were eating Chinese takeaway and I haven’t had it in years. This did not disappoint. Amazing portion for the price. The veggies and meat seemed so fresh and the sauce wasn’t overly salty. I was sad it didn’t come in the little white boxes that I remember growing up. Even so, this will be my go to. On top of the great conversation and bubbly bearing on life itself. Lisa was great and able to handle a walkin at the last minute while answering calls for many appointments. Further, she explained the different cuts offered and price. Super clean, very affordable, Uber friendly, and one outstanding haircut. Can't wait to return.
