Booked an appointment for a titer test before I start a job. The nurse was insanely rude and the experience was scary because they did not know how to draw blood. They collapsed my vein and stopped half way through the draw because they said it was taking too long. They didn’t even know if they offered titers in the office and complained about CVS in front of me. They were unhelpful and I could never recommend coming back to this location. ~C
