Booked an appointment for a titer test before I start a job. The nurse was insanely rude and the experience was scary because they did not know how to draw blood. They collapsed my vein and stopped half way through the draw because they said it was taking too long. They didn’t even know if they offered titers in the office and complained about CVS in front of me. They were unhelpful and I could never recommend coming back to this location.

I cannot even begin to tell you how many times I have been shorted on my medicine. Been treated incredibly rudely by the text as well as two female pharmacists. In addition to getting the wrong medication and or the wrong strength. Of all the pharmacies I've ever been to this has been the absolute worst. I had only stayed because of my insurance but now I can finally transfer all my prescriptions to a reputable and respectable pharmacy.

This is by far a super great CVS store. I needed over the counter Advil PM pain medication after having my left knee replaced and I wasn't able to walk inside the store to purchase it. Then I called and got a friendly concerned voice on the phone asking me,what could she do to help today? That voice was Marissa and I pray that I spelled her name correctly as well. She went out of her way to place me on hold and make sure the store had the item I needed in stock as well as arranged for me to pick it up and pay for it through the drive through window and her customer service was just simply impeccable and sympathetic as well. I want everyone who reads this post to know that there is still kind people in the world who come to work and care about giving their all to perform the duties at work and wonderful loving human beings that DO CARE AND WILL HELP YOU THE BEST THEY CAN. Marissa represents all of the above and CVS on 93rd St. and SR55 IN CROWN POINT. GOD BLESS YOU MARISSA AND THE CVS STAFF FOR HAVING YOU ABOARD AS WELL. By the way all of this took place after being turned away at CVS ON BROADWAY AND 81ST IN MERRILLVILLE WHERE I ACTUALLY LIVE. THE PHARMACY COUNTER PERSON REFUSED TO SELL THE ITEM TO EVEN AFTER ME EXPLAINING MY SITUATION TO HER. THIS IS WAY IM HAVING ALL OF MY BUSINESS AND PRESCRIPTIONS TRANSFERRED OVER TO CVS IN CROWN POINT ON 93RD ST. WHERE THE EMPLOYEES CARE A OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

They refused to fill my sick mother's medications for months despite back and forth calls with the doctor TELLING them to fill it. They're rude and they lie. She's needed these medications for MONTHS and they WONT fill them.
