Went there today. Despite what website says they always would wipe down doors, console , dash, steering wheel etc. But guy told me today they were told by boss to stop doing it. So needless to say I won't be back. If I have to come home and clean the inside of my car anyway I'm sure not paying you. Dad used to do a nice job. Now you not only lost my car wash business will get my oil changed somewhere else also.

I asked them to clean my car inside and out and they charged me $30. They didn't even wipe down my dashboard or clean anything except the interior windows. This wasn't what I was expecting. I will not be going back. Someone needs to open a real car wash service in Crown Point.

They didn’t wash/dry top of truck, bed cover, mirrors, or step boards. Pay extra for a truck. I asked about washing top of my truck, they said “only short people working today”. Will not be going back

Went in and spent 35$, floors got vacuumed but that was it! Said it was an additional charge to vacuum the seats. Said they washed it but still had bugs all over the windshield. Could have gone to Baileys for 5$ more and then I could have even got my carpets shampooed. Won't be going back
