19 Best convenience store in Fort Wayne, Indiana (IN) 2024

The self-checkout machine here saves me a bunch of time on my lunch breaks if the lines are long. Good fountain drinks and Broaster food items are always fresh and hot. My go-to station in New Haven. ~Jessica

Rude old guy at front counter Brought up my two drinks and didn’t ask to see if I needed anything else. Had my change ready for the two drinks when I was counting how much I needed for gas Will not be back felt rushed and he was playing on his phone ~Megan

Just another gas station that refuses to sell me cigarettes unless I allow my license to be scanned. Since when was looking at it too difficult? Oh that's right, they would like my info. Will not be back to be scanned by someone younger than my daughter. ~Chad

Terrible not clean never has been seems like the owners are just squeezing every penny they can get outta the place in my opinion and no signs of them putting anything back into remodeling or even inventory from the looks of it. ~Mr.

Lassus, Please train your help to know the prices of your refills and how to ring them up on the register at this location. This photo below is a Lassus refill mug which at other places are .99 plus tax. At this location I’m consistently being charged a 44oz refill price by new employees. When I explain that they are ringing it up incorrectly, they either become argumentative or just shrug there shoulder and say that’s the price. The only reason why I come to this location on Sunday is because your other southwest location on US 24 is closed on Sundays. Maybe it’s time to start crossing the street to patronize the Marathon Station! P.S. at this point I think you have overcharged me at least $10. Frustrated (Soon not to be)Customer !! ~Chris

Most of the staff is very nice and friendly. The have an air pump for you your tires. Coffee is decent (not burnt) , and they get fresh donuts every morning. ~Paul

Linda is a Super employee! Her dedication to the success of this storefront should be noticed. As a neighbor to this location I frequent it daily. Linda appears to treat this store like it is her own business.Linda has to work extra shifts, due to the lack of available employees. She’s extremely adaptive to the situation she is handed. The store consistently is well stocked and clean. Kuddo’s to Linda and her few employees for doing a great job and exerting the extra effort! Your customers appreciate it ! ~Chris

Overpriced Instore items and even if it says 2 for $3, they don't honor it and charge you full price. Check your receipt. ~Tj

I have used this location for years and staff is always so helpful. Most recently my son was nervous about getting his shot and the pharmacy tech Casey(I think) was so wonderful and connected with him and made him feel at ease. Thank you for all you guys do to provide care even during this time when staffing is difficult for all! ~Katie
