I have used this location for years and staff is always so helpful. Most recently my son was nervous about getting his shot and the pharmacy tech Casey(I think) was so wonderful and connected with him and made him feel at ease. Thank you for all you guys do to provide care even during this time when staffing is difficult for all!

Rude staff who disrespect their customers. I had tried to find someone to assist in finding an item. I waited in line for a question. I peeked my head around the corner and asked if I could ask a question. The lady said, "I am taking a test" so I stepped back to finish waiting. As I did I see her look to a coworker with not very appropriate non verbal remarks. So, I called her out on them and said simply, "I can still see you". So your employee in the Pharmacy took upon her to continue the interaction by replying strongly, "you started this with attitude first!" I didn't know that this was appropriate for an interaction with customers. And I did not have any attitude with her.

My doctor sent in a prescription and Walgreens Pharmacy filled the wrong amount. I didn't notice until it was too late and I needed a refill. I can't go a day without this medicine, let alone 5 hours, so I took the refill and insurance wouldn't cover it because it was too soon. I paid full price and called my doctor as soon as I could to get the real prescription sent in again. When going back to try to get things right, I was told tough luck. I didn't notice their screw up right away, so I was screwed out of the full price of the medicine. Very rude customer service. I ended up paying for their incompetency. I'll do a better job in the future verifying the amount on the bottle when I pick up my prescriptions (not from that Walgreens) making sure that they do their job correctly.

I have used this Walgreens many times to order prints but this last time I was shorted almost 30 prints. Plus the prints I did get were all mixed up and had to be sorted out. Very time consuming and annoying plus I'm going to have to take time out of my day to call them and complain, also very annoying.
