Best moving and storage service in Fort Wayne, Indiana (IN) 2024

We used this company four years ago and had a great experience. Yesterday‘s experience was not the same. As you can see from the photos address or was severely damaged. They claimed it was an old piece of furniture that was falling apart and then suggested we just get rid of it. I’ve had this dresser since I was in high school. It was a solid piece of furniture that we’ve moved around her own house and I’ve never had this happen. Also there was a significant scratch on a piece of furniture that never had that before. You could also see on the boxsprings there was a lot of dirt almost rust stains on a boxspring that’s practically new. Now it was raining when we moved yesterday but they should’ve gone to lengths to make sure that bedding especially was not going to get dirty. That tells me the truck was not clean when they came to move our furniture. And there are some damages on the linoleum of the house we moved into. This has been disappointing as their service appears to have gone down since we use them last. ~MrJejohnson1959
