We used this company four years ago and had a great experience. Yesterday‘s experience was not the same. As you can see from the photos address or was severely damaged. They claimed it was an old piece of furniture that was falling apart and then suggested we just get rid of it. I’ve had this dresser since I was in high school. It was a solid piece of furniture that we’ve moved around her own house and I’ve never had this happen. Also there was a significant scratch on a piece of furniture that never had that before. You could also see on the boxsprings there was a lot of dirt almost rust stains on a boxspring that’s practically new. Now it was raining when we moved yesterday but they should’ve gone to lengths to make sure that bedding especially was not going to get dirty. That tells me the truck was not clean when they came to move our furniture. And there are some damages on the linoleum of the house we moved into. This has been disappointing as their service appears to have gone down since we use them last.

Moved from two hours away on a day it was very cold and raining. Called in hopes they would be able to unload our U-Haul for us and if they had some last minute availability which they did! Life savers! They got the job done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

Stacked some items to high in there truck. During packing boxes they fell over and broke. They also asked me if they could take my mattresses out of the boxes so it was easier to move. I said that was fine as long as nothing gets damaged( I told them they were less then a year old and expensive). Shocker they damaged my mattresses with dirt and holes. With all my damages I was not given any reimbursement or credit and was told they would send mattress protectors to me. This never happened and I have reached out with no response . I would never recommend them to anyone!!!

The absolute worst moving business anywhere! They broke out tv and our tv stand and won’t return our calls or do anything they say. You would think military muscle movers would have some respectable employees or owners. Save your money for real movers because the money you save with these guys you will loose when they break your stuff!

Overall we were pleased with the service from Military Muscle Movers. They were on time and moved us with no damage to our furniture. They were personable and hard working. The only compliant was that they left some items in the closets, rugs, electronics and other stuff. We had to load what the left in our vehicles. All in all I would hire them again but walk through the house before they left.

I've never actually left an online review before, but these guys are so great that I just had to write. We've used Military Muscle Movers twice now in our staged move from another state to Indiana. Both times the gentlemen who moved us were polite, professional and careful with our belongings. Stephon and Nigel worked so carefully and cheerfully moving us that we have requested to have them again in a couple weeks for the final stage of our move. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting professional and courteous help for any kind of move.

These guys are a complete pleasure to deal with. They are also careful, organized and tremendously diligent. We hired them on short notice in January 2017 when we relocated to Fort Wayne. I've moved internationally nine times and have worked with the biggest names in the corporate relocation business. None has been as efficient or as user-friendly as Vets Hauling and Moving. We would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.
