Best cell phone store in Greenwood, Indiana (IN) 2024

My family and I recently switched to AT&T after 20 years with another carrier. Justin was great from the get go. His knowledge and customer service skills far exceeded our expectations. We literally closed down the store! Hence the reason it's empty in the photos. However, Justin patiently stayed well past closing time along with his manager Mateo to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% happy with our transition. I have waited a little over a week to post this review to see how AT&T's 5G service upheld and we are so pleased we just switched our home internet to AT&T yesterday 🙃 Thank you Justin, Mateo & Brandon for being patient, knowledgeable and for FINALLY assisting us in obtaining a service that we can actually utilize and that we are beyond satisfied with!
