My family and I recently switched to AT&T after 20 years with another carrier. Justin was great from the get go. His knowledge and customer service skills far exceeded our expectations. We literally closed down the store! Hence the reason it's empty in the photos. However, Justin patiently stayed well past closing time along with his manager Mateo to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% happy with our transition. I have waited a little over a week to post this review to see how AT&T's 5G service upheld and we are so pleased we just switched our home internet to AT&T yesterday 🙃 Thank you Justin, Mateo & Brandon for being patient, knowledgeable and for FINALLY assisting us in obtaining a service that we can actually utilize and that we are beyond satisfied with! Cole helped us add a line to our current account. Wasn’t planning on that for our son but he explained that it was the best option and got a better phone than going with the prepaid option. He was very kind and definitely shows there are still people with great customer service skills.

We switched to AT&T one month and 2 weeks ago. An employee at this store talked some big game and it sounded like it was too good to be true- well, it was! It has been the worst experience! We regret it! We have been lied to since day one. Our bill is not what it was supposed to be, and we have already gotten TWO bills and the last one was 100$ more than the first bill!

Brett helped us as soon as we walked through the door. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable along with the rest of the crew. We spoke and got different opinions from a few others as well and everyone had great information to offer and helped us make our decision on our phones. Our problem ended up being extensive but Brett and the manager Mateo were EXTREMELY patient and kind. We got everything we wanted and needed. This was the BEST experience we have ever had at a phone store.
