Only one employee working. Had to wait quit a long while to get what I came for..but it was worth the wait. Employee was very patient as some customers voiced their frustration out loud. I give him a thumbs up for being like a professional doing his job under pressure! ~Irma

Used to be better until they got rid of the old staff and brought in new people. I use to go there daily but stopped because they are too slow. I decided to stop in today before work there was one employee in the store. I was the only customer. He was behind the counter doing something I stood and waited for about 5 minutes before calling out to him to get his attention. He completely ignored me and kept doing whatever he was doing. I'll never go back and I'm calling corporate when I get off work to file a complaint. ~Kyle

The other day I needed a shifter knob for my 2003 Honda accord when I see the patients that the sales clerk had with me I believe he’s the manager he helped me with my car for over an hour and got me the knob that I needed for my car universal so I say thank you thank you thank you because I had the best experience I could’ve possibly had at an auto parts store ~Pinkii

One of the best music stores in northwest Indiana. The owner Billy O. Great personality and has an unbelievable knowledge of everything he carries. The staff are very pleasant and help you with just about any questions you may have on a particular instrument or amplifier. I highly recommend everyone into music to check this place out when you're in the area. ~Eddie
