Only one employee working. Had to wait quit a long while to get what I came for..but it was worth the wait. Employee was very patient as some customers voiced their frustration out loud. I give him a thumbs up for being like a professional doing his job under pressure!

Tony was very helpful for my car that was missing a bolt (can't find part in auto zone in next door and auto zone sent me to o'reilly), tony helped figured out the correct general bolt size and even drove me to my car (jacked up at a nearby gas station); for me it an unfortunate event that bolt fell out while i was on i94, i got plenty help from other stangers on highway/gas station and autozone, but Tony went above and beyond to make sure i would be safely on my way home. Highly recommend the service here.

The two gentlemen that helped me were very pleasant. I called first to confirm product was in stock the gentleman confirmed product was avaliable. One gentleman I asked for assistance with the door he had no problem helping. All in all great experience.

I recently visited the store and Store Manager Marcus helped me out purchasing 2 Batteries for my vehicles and he even installed them!!!!! Great customer service!!!! He’s the man

Be careful a sales person literally lied to my husband about a part that I stood at the counter and saw him select but he gave me the wrong part. Dmh. I really hate liars. Stay clear of the associates who don't know anything.

Had a great experience there on the 4th. They ordered me in a battery from a different store. When I went to pick it up the staff where all so kind and one of the gentlemen installed it right then and there. He wouldn't even take a tip for changing it. I will definitely return for my future car needs.
