The other day I needed a shifter knob for my 2003 Honda accord when I see the patients that the sales clerk had with me I believe he’s the manager he helped me with my car for over an hour and got me the knob that I needed for my car universal so I say thank you thank you thank you because I had the best experience I could’ve possibly had at an auto parts store

Went in the store today and only 1 employee was working. No other employees were there or even on scheduled in the morning...very unsafe to have 1 person in the store at 1 time... even in the handbook it says they cannot have 1 person working... advance upper management doesn't care but there employees when it come to safety Now I have the DM harassing me on my phone about a place I don't even work at anymore!!!

The experience I had was awesome! Wayne was so awesome. His upbeat attitude in servicing me was so kind. The other gentleman couldn't get his name he was awesome to help me out as well. That's true costumer service. Very pleased.

I couldn't get out of the house to run to advance auto in Highland, so I tried their delivery service. The parts arrived in a couple of hours, much quicker then expected. Thanks to Advance auto for the great service. Advance will remain my first choice for auto parts.

I have been going to Advance auto for 20 years but no more after today. This is the 2nd time in a row I have seen store employees that can't be bothered to wear their masks in the middle of a pandemic. If you don't believe Covid is real than go on in and help yourself. If you are like me and trying to avoid as much exposure as possible while still doing the things you need to do than avoid this place like the plague

Hairo was knowledgeable and so courteous! I needed wiper blades desperately! He not only got the right ones for my car, but installed them. Then asked me to use them just to be sure, all was well! Excellent experience!

I came in today to get a light bulb. I had no idea what I was doing but Vernon and Talainia were amazing. Everybody dropped what they were doing to help me right away. Vernon went above and beyond and helped me get the right bulb, even went outside to make sure we got the right bulb. Then Vernon was amazing enough to help get it in! I will always be a loyal customer because this was the best customer service I’ve ever received! Thanks Vernon and Talainia!

I buy all of or most of my parts from here mainly because of the onli e discounts and I just pick it up in the store within 30min and save sometimes 20% or more especially if you have signed up for there rewards programs you may be able to save and additional amount as much as $20 on top of the %20 ( although when you use rewards and coupon they do readjust the 20% down. But MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BOXES to make sure you are getting the part you NEED and to make sure EVERYTHING is there and IN QORKING CONDITION.
