Dog Fight Fitness is responsible for making me fall in love with working out & being healthy again. The coaches are incredible and highly trained, each with a unique approach to coaching. I love that regardless of age, gender, skill level, etc, you belong here. Truly an inclusive environment where each workout is tailored to best fit your needs. Coaches are responsive, adaptable, and proactive and are there to help you every step of the way. The classes are upbeat and energetic. I appreciate the variety of workouts each day. There’s no way I could go back to a standard gym ever again! I love this place & am grateful to be a part of this community. ~Katie
