5 Best pharmacy in Indianapolis, Indiana (IN) 2024

Been using this pharmacy for years and they were great but like others have said, it has been a nightmare for the past year. I call over and over to deal with family prescriptions, some of which have to be called in. No one answers, it just rings forever. To make matters worse the drive thru is almost never open anymore due to chronic staff shortages. These things were understandable for a little while but it's only continued to get worse for the past year. I'm starting to move our prescriptions elsewhere now because I literally can't get them filled here. ~Jason

Erin is so kind and extremely helpful. I have experienced excellent customer service each time with her. She helped me find the right fit compression socks and arch inserts and both were a great fit for me. I'm on my 3rd visit and each visit has been consistent satisfaction! Wow! The customer service (from the pharmacist I believe) was amazing! I called in to check on a prescription I needed ASAP, and they didn’t have the amount available and checked to see if a local Kroger may have it. Closest was Mooresville. She called my OB office to get a new script for a prescription they had in store already and got it filled ASAP for me. So appreciative! ~Elise

Friendly helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Once your prescription is filled, they can text you when it's time to refill as well as texting you that it's ready for pickup. Don't have to be a member I believe. Much cheaper than Walgreens and CVS. ~B

Very disappointed in the new pharmacist. The previous was so help and proactive. With the current on the day of I am told you don't have it and now I am trying to hunt it down myself, well already in pain. No customer concern I will be transferring all of my scripts out. ~karen
