Best logistics service in Munster, Indiana (IN) 2024

This post office was a decent post office at one time. The usual friendly and helpful female that used to be at the counter was not in today. I hope she was just off today. My experience was quite bad. The person that handles passports was useless. Incapable of explaining what I needed to present due my expired passport and change of name. She just kept repeating I needed copies. Again, due to my circumstances, I didn't know what all was needed. After she told me what I needed to make copies of, she made sure to tell me she gets off at 3. I come back with copies in hand under the assumption she would not be able to help me since it was four minutes to 3. She didn't even bother to look up or make eye contact. Clearly, customer service is not her forte. The other female who was unable to process passports was by far more helpful. Just sad that so many post office people hate their jobs or customers. If you're that miserable, do something. ~C.
