Best auto parts store in New Albany, Indiana (IN) 2024

When I lived in Shelbyville, Ky there was a Bumper to Bumper there. There is a guy there who knows all about Fords. The best chain store ever. So, I buy a house in New Albany and don't skip a beat....a Bumper to Bumper right down the road and they are every bit as good as the store in Shelbyville. Yes, they have a Ford junkie there named Mickey! Y'all are great! Keep up the good work! ~William

Called and varied the part I needed was in stock. Drove an hour to the store and arrived at 5:45. Online hours along with their hour sign says the store is open until 6:00. Not one mention of "temporary hours" by employee when on the phone. There were two other people in the parking lot that had ordered parts that couldn't get theirs because of the temporary hours. The temporary hours sign seems to be a permanent fixture on the door. Just update the hours of operation so this doesn't happen to other people. ~Kristina
