Best car repair in New Albany, Indiana (IN) 2024

Called and varied the part I needed was in stock. Drove an hour to the store and arrived at 5:45. Online hours along with their hour sign says the store is open until 6:00. Not one mention of "temporary hours" by employee when on the phone. There were two other people in the parking lot that had ordered parts that couldn't get theirs because of the temporary hours. The temporary hours sign seems to be a permanent fixture on the door. Just update the hours of operation so this doesn't happen to other people. ~Kristina

These guys will say anything to get you to buy new tires. Wouldn’t rotate my tires when they had my car for an hour and a half for an oil change. The manager said I needed new tires and they couldn’t rotate the old ones. I went across the street to Big O—had my car done in 30 mins. These tires have a year left on them. So frustrating to pay for an oil change with rotation, then have to go to a different shop for the rotation. I called corporate—no response. I was a loyal customer for years. I’ll never go there again. ~John
