Best tax preparation in New Albany, Indiana (IN) 2024

I have been going for the past 7 years usually they are on point. My regular Tax preparer had past away last year and I used a different person from the same office. They weren’t all that friendly and the did not turn in my 2021 state tax. I had found out this year in September. I called they said they would fix it and called me and said it was done. Just ridiculous and I was charged extra this year. I am so so so sad I lost my regular tax preparer she will be sadly missed something awful. I am choosing to do my own taxes this year lord know it will be much much cheaper! Double check them before you leave! I ~Krystle
