Best bank in Vincennes, Indiana (IN) 2024

Very rude customer service and offers no assistance when needed. I am very dissatisfied with the bank. I got a new card n changed password im.ediately as told by manager himself ... but when I used my card for the first time it wouldnt allow me to use my new pin now the credit option. When I called to ask about thos and for help I was told they cannot recover my pin and I'd have ro buy another card for $15 and have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for a new card. Not to mention the person I spoke to was extremely rude from the beginning of the conversation all the way to the end of it. I will be switching banks and would NEVER recommend this bank to ANYONE!! Not to mention when I went into the bank in Vincennes Indiana, the ladies were very judgemental laughing and poking fun at me while I sat there speaking to their manager. Making me feel as though they were better than me for whatever reason because of my place of employment. HORRIBLE BANK I NEVER EVEN WENT THERE LET ALONE START AN ACCOUNT!!!!! ~krista
