Best battery store in Cedar Rapids, Iowa (IA) 2024

I came to interstate battery simply to get a battery and move on with my day. The day that started with me being stuck at Walgreens for an hour due to this dead battery, so as you can understand I was not looking forward to the rest of the day. I pulled into interstate battery and a worker was doing something outside but when I got out of my car I was greeted by him. His name is Chase. Within 10 minutes, he had disconnected my old battery and put in the new one and had me checked out. The fact he went above and beyond to help me install the battery, in this colder weather was amazing. I highly recommend Chase, as while he was working on my battery he got to know me as a person. He asked what I was doing this weekend, and was very courteous and helpful. Interstate Battery is lucky to have a worker of his caliber. Thanks again Chase for turning my day around by going above and beyond your job expectations. I’m glad we were able to get this taken care of quickly and smoothly but I am also happy to have made a friend! ~Bryce
