Thank you to the Casey's employee who made up the fresh apple fritters for my dad today! He LOVES them and was very happy to wait so he could take a couple home. ~Joan

Ordered a pizza half pepperoni half Canadian bacon. And boneless wings. Got pepperoni and pineapple pizza and bone in wings. Called to tell them the pizza is wrong and the guy argued with me saying that's how I ordered it but my receipt says otherwise. Finally got them to remake my order and now they're demanding we come pick it up when we ordered delivery in the first place. ~Courtney

Must be the laziest of employees. Every time I get gas not able to get receipt at the pump. I go inside and voice my complaint. I have been assured this will be taken care of, but never is. Just got gas again and was unable to get receipt at the pump. Female employee said she'd pass it on. Quick Star is less than a block away. They care about thing's like this. For the last several days I have, reluctantly, stopped at several locations to air up my tire. At every location the machine did not take any of my cards. I stopped in and told one of the cashiers who said he knows nothing about it and that the network is probably down. It wouldn't be such an issue if I had other gas stations nearby. For example quick star or cum and go, who don't charge for air. I kind of wish you guys would just tear down and let a franchise with better customer service take over. ~World
