Best tire shop in Council Bluffs, Iowa (IA) 2024

I went in for a patch ang got prompt, friendly service. Went to pay, but had an issue with my card. Staff was like don't worry about it. No way! Where do you get that reaction these days! Took a half hour, but got things cleared up and came back to pay. If it was my business, I would have kept the tire till the customer paid. Obviously, they're better than that. Not to mention places that have extra charges for services you don't even ask for, like Tires Plus. ~Jeremy

They advertised a $10 inspection. But since I wanted the Uber inspection to be a driver, the price went up to $22. Then they said I needed $1,002 in repairs. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and they said my car was in great shape. Apparently, Tires Plus was making stuff up in order to meet quotas. I don't plan to ever come back. You shouldn't take advantage of people. ~Daniel

Was very disappointed in the service I got. It took them 2 hours to fix my tire. I would under stand if it was busy but it was not and I feel like they could have done it faster Caused me tomiss a very important meeting I will not have them fix anything else of mine ~justin

I contacted this company at midnight while my husband was en route to PA with a load of vehicles he was hauling when he caught a flat on the trailer. The gentlemen I worked with was prompt, confirming the 24 hr availability as posted, he did not have the tire we needed immediately available in stock, but said he would have it the following morning. The next morning, as promised on time, he had the tire, showed up to the rest station where our vehicle/trailer was and had the tire changed in minutes. Very professional and excellent customer service! From one small business to another, great job! ~Holly
