Before you go there read this, please! If you are in rush check somewhere else because when you call they will try to get you in and then forget it. If you going to work through any fleet service company prepare for at least a full day if not two! Because no matter what you ask they will do a full service for your car to get every penny they can out of it. The manager and the lady who works there need to do customer service training or at least have a fake smile and treat ALL PEOPLE the same! I had the worst experience ever here neither I, my coworkers nor my friends will be there again.

They advertised a $10 inspection. But since I wanted the Uber inspection to be a driver, the price went up to $22. Then they said I needed $1,002 in repairs. I got a second opinion elsewhere, and they said my car was in great shape. Apparently, Tires Plus was making stuff up in order to meet quotas. I don't plan to ever come back. You shouldn't take advantage of people.

I took my car there 3 weeks ago egr valve is still leaking. They told me they would call me when a new one would come in and I have not received a call yet. They are rude to the lady up front and talk bad about her. Where is the team work in this place. There is alot of cussing in the back. So very sorry for opening a credit card account at this place as I will not return until my vehicle is fixed 💯 then I will no longer supply this place of my business again. RT thinks he is all that and he honestly doesn't know what he is doing.

Wife stopped by the other day and they wouldn't patch a tire because the holes were to close together for them to do, company policy, well guess what she drive home and the man put 2 tire patches in in and guess what, still good air smart 1's plus they wanted to put 4 new tires on because it's a all wheel drive. News flash, a Nissan is only front wheel drive unless it looses traction,then the back tires kick in.

Took a flat in on a Sunday got right in and out plus they fixed my spare and put the tire on and the spare back under the truck where it goes, all cheap. I thought they were very nice and helpful.

I was on my way to Colorado on Sunday Dec 26th, 2021 and got a flat tire just outside Council Bluff, IA off of Interstate 80. It was about 3:45pm and I was calling around to find a tire shop in the area and found Tires Plus. So I called and asked if they had a tire for 2013 Yukon Denali. They told me that they had 1 tire and the cost for the tire installed would be $385. It was kind of expensive for 1 tire, but at this point I needed a tire and and said fine I will be there in 20 min. I was told that they close at 5pm and I said no problem I'll be there. I showed up about 4:35pm and the lady at the counter said that that they close at 5pm and could not help me. I explained to her that I spoke to a gentleman on the phone about 15 minutes earlier and he told me to get there before 5pm. I explained to the women that I was purchasing a tire and that I was from out of town and she refused to help me anyway. If you're going to close the store at 5pm then attend the customers until 5pm. Don't send a customer away 25min before closing time because you want to go home for the day. Being of a Mexican decent I felt that I was being racially profiled by this women. This woman had made up her mind as soon as she saw me walk in the door. So for anyone thinking of going to Tires Plus to get any work done look else where. They are very unprofessional if you ask me. Terrible way to run a business. I only gave 1 star because I could not give anything lower than that.

The staff was completely understanding! I just had an oil change but they are going to do my rear brakes on Friday. I trust them with my vehicles! This is actually the second vehicle they have done in the last two weeks. Highly recommend them!

I usually go to the dealership for all of my problems but my dad suggested I go here, I was hesitant to take his advice but the leak in my tire was getting worse so I decided to do it. I called and made a 10am appointment, I got there and checked in and handed off my keys. The bathroom was pretty clean and so was the waiting lobby. The people at the desk were very friendly, and even kept me up to date on my car’s progress. They were done quickly and I only spent about 40 minutes there(keep in mind I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment). They checked my tire for a leak, removed a screw, patched it, and checked all of my other tires. It cost me virtually nothing in comparison to a dealership. Where I would’ve spent probably 6 hours waiting there(and 3 weeks for the next available appointment) and close to $150 I spent not even a quarter of that and 40-45 minutes at tires plus. A++++++ rating from me
