Customer service horrible, I was in the store for 20 min and Was not greeted 2 employees was have a nice lengthy conversation and ignored me Then they both walked to the back and another employee came out started cleaning and still was not greeted,PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS STORE

I have never been so inconvenienced by a company in my life! Considering that many people work from home an internet connection is of extreme importance. I went to return a flex box that I wasn’t using at this branch and the worker there assumed I wanted my entire service turned off!! Then after spending hours on the phone it was back on but kept dropping every 2 days. I am switching to a different provider and never looking back. Goodbye and good riddance Xfinity!

Best customer service ever! Diamond worked with me and got me what I needed right away. She was the kindest employee I've met there. The manager was amazing too, but I can't remember his name. I highly recommend Xfinity and I won't go to any other locations. Thank you Diamond!!

I am not happy with the service I was given. My son and I went to the store the first day and we were told that the safe was locked and I would have to come back on Sunday after 12 o'clock. We did just that. When we arrived, we were told that they were out of all phones except Apple Phones. The man knew 100% that we were there the day before for a Samsung phone. The manager told me they had been out of those phones for more than a week. A waste of time!!

Simply wanted to turn off cable, turn in boxes but keep internet. After a long wait for customer service (no one else but me in line) and waiting forever for him to tap away on his computer, nothing accomplished. I still have to call xfinity to turn off. Absolutely stupid. Spectrum was able to do this in minutes at a store in a little town up north. Not a big metro store.
