I do not recommend any type of Apple Product alone or associated with Xfinity. I have had one of the worst experiences within two months. I will never go back to Apple. Constant issues with there iphone 13 series. Many attemps at trouble shooting, sent to Lansing and was told they worked on my phone (replaced parts etc), xfinity said the store did not do any work and just replaced it, was told that someone else was using my phone information, bounced around multiple times between both xfinity and AppleCare. Constantly loosing calls and messages. Apps Constantly stopped working etc. Buyer beware.

I wasted two trips there only to find out that they didn't have the correct product and knew they didn't - frustrating. I originally went to the store after Comcast told me that my cable box would not put out 4K and it needed to be exchanged. I went into the store and clearly asked to exchange this 2K box for a 4K. They gave me another box and told me I was all set. When I plugged it in, same problem - 2K only. After speaking to Comcast technical support for an hour, I was told that the one I had was not 4K compatible and I should exchange it at the store for one that was! REALLY! The person who gave it to me was a manager in training. When I returned to exchange it, the assistant manager told me that they did not have 4K boxes and weren't able to get them. So basically, I wasted several hours and two separate 20 minute drives because the store didn't know what it was doing. Yikes.

Appalling customer service! My father passed away in January and I had to have his Internet shut off which was through xfinity. They made it so difficult 😞 insisting on getting my information to forward final bill in my name. They required a death certificate and the process to get it shut off took a month for which they charged me for including an additional months charges which they never explained. I then Later also got a bill for unreturned equipment though they never told me he had equipment that needed returning or how to return it or where to return it to. I talked to customer service reps on three different occasions and got a different story each time and was finally told I would have to go to an Xfinity store to return the equipment so I was not charged for it. The nearest store is an hour away and I still don’t know what equipment I need to return. #XFINITYSUCKS

I set up a meeting with a technician, and he came, but told us the line was cut. He said we would have to have a construction crew come up and bury my cable. It’s been weeks now and outside is beautiful, but they keep delaying it because “weather conditions.” The other company I have to choose is AT&T which sucks. I’ve been calling them and I get the run around. They keep texting my phone to call them regarding my line, but keep giving me the same information each time.

I was sent to the store by a Comcast chat to upgrade my set top box. I was told that I would have to go there to return my unit anyway so make it one trip. When I got there I had to wait quite a while to talk to someone. They had one person whose only job was to assign people a place in line. It seems like they could just have a number dispenser and upgrade this person to actually service customers. After my wait I was told they do not have any 4k boxes. I was not offered the possibility to have one shipped. I got home and chatted again and was told I would be shipped one. When it arrived it was not the right model. It wasn't a unit capable of streaming 4k.

Comcast itself is a a beast but the employees in the store are all super helpful and kind. It’s easier for me to go in the store to get help then deal hours on the phone/online. They’re so kind and efficient, I appreciate them.

Not helpful nor was their collection/retention department. Got a call from an unregistered number claiming to be from Xfinity, wanting my wife's name and address. The black male caller identified himself being CJ and informed my wife that the service would be disrupted unless she cooperated. My wife politely informed him that she was not comfortable and told him that she would contact Xfinity herself. Xfinity did confirmed that CJ is an employee of theirs and he took it upon himself to shut off our Wireless service. We just purchased our place on January 10th and all was services are auto paid, until CJ disrupted our service. It's now Sunday night, without Internet because CJ's feelings were hurt. Xfinity employees who positively perform their service reflects it's companies success. We don't want an apology, just better service to other customers who are being disrespected.

I can't believe my experience with Xfinity store at Beckley Rd, beginning of the year, i walked into the store and requested for a change in my phone bill from my former service provider, i said to the customer service representative that i want to cut down bills, before i walked in there, i already had 3 lines and was paying $127 a month, I tried to explain to her that i want to cut down my bills and if i add a fourth line that my monthly bill will be $120, this we agreed, to my greatest surprise, when i returned to the store to ask for my monthly bill and as well as asking for a a reminder notice when my phone bill will be due, the unprofessional service i received from the store manager was very questionable, I questioned why i should get additional bill than i was told, instead of the store manager to speak with me regarding the extra charges which was not explained to me from day 1 when i requested for for a cut down down bills from my phone service, he rather was being very rude, and i mean rude, still my question was left unanswered, ' why would your customer service representative avoid telling me about the taxes of 911 fees, Sales Tax, Regulatory Recovery Fee, Universal Connectivity Charge' a total of $28.66 monthly, I left the store disappointed and dissatisfied... If i want to lower my phone bills from $127, why would i accept a monthly phone bills of $220.27?

They continuously raise there prices once your past the new customer sign up deal. They claim to be more dependable than there competitors, but my internet and cable go out at least once a week. In fact, I’ve been about 6 hours without cable or internet tonight. For as much money as we give them each month, I shouldn’t have as many outages as I do. Seriously considering canceling my service and going to another service, like Dish.

Yikes, I had a really bad experience here. I was already having issues getting my service connected to my new home, I had to come into the store to have documentation uploaded to comcast. The guy in the shop (who name I will leave out) completely messed up my account so bad that even corporate didn't know how to fix it, they ended up having to send my account to IT department to fix this colossal mess this guy caused. I came into the office with an appointment set up for installation a week and a half in advance (xfinity is pretty busy apperently) and the man says hey do you want a sooner appointment I says well absolutely, he took so much time trying to upsale me that he completely lost the earlier appointment and the appointment time I had already been scheduled for. I left out of the shop with no appointment and no end to this nightmare in site. The guy was nice and I'm sure he didn't mean to mess up so bad but he really did and it's caused me a TON of disruption.
