Best cable company in Battle Creek, Michigan (MI) 2025

I wasted two trips there only to find out that they didn't have the correct product and knew they didn't - frustrating. I originally went to the store after Comcast told me that my cable box would not put out 4K and it needed to be exchanged. I went into the store and clearly asked to exchange this 2K box for a 4K. They gave me another box and told me I was all set. When I plugged it in, same problem - 2K only. After speaking to Comcast technical support for an hour, I was told that the one I had was not 4K compatible and I should exchange it at the store for one that was! REALLY! The person who gave it to me was a manager in training. When I returned to exchange it, the assistant manager told me that they did not have 4K boxes and weren't able to get them. So basically, I wasted several hours and two separate 20 minute drives because the store didn't know what it was doing. Yikes. ~Chet
