Have been experiencing intermittent outages for the last three months, increasing drastically in frequency. Have reached out multiple times and received little-but usually NO response to troubleshoot or resolve. Wouldn’t recommend if you need even semi-reliable service…ours is to the point of going out daily (sometimes for an hour, often for several hours). I’ve given this company countless opportunities to rectify, but unfortunately they don’t seem to be interested in servicing or communicating with their customers. I use our internet for business purposes, so feel the need to warn those who this would affect outside of minor inconveniences. Buyer beware.

new equipment installed, internet is now really fast, thanks tri-county wireless. I would have given 5 stars but I want to wait a month to see if the great speed and coverage continues .

Constant issues. Very difficult to get a hold of. Never an offer of any account credit or upgrade for your trouble at all.

Not very reliable, last month I lost service over 8 times that I had to write a support ticket with a lost of service for over 24 hours. The month before I had several days without service. Lost of service was not during any weather events - just their equipment. Even after their equipment update this month service was out several times. As a customer who pays for the Business service plan I expect to have internet without interruptions.

Great customer service but slow download speeds. We started off with the business package but often had trouble streaming movies and playing on-line video games. We upgraded to industrial service and did receive a better upload speed but the download speed is usually the same as when we had the business service. Because Netflix and Amazon will adjust streaming video quality to match download speeds, we can usually stream movies in a very low definition quality. Our Direct TV movie rental service only allows high definition streaming so we can never use it without experiencing buffering every few minutes which renders the Direct TV movie rental service pretty much useless due to Tri-County Wireless poor performance. Due to our rural location, TCW is pretty much the only ISP service option we have besides satellite internet service. When I report poor performance TCW will quickly respond and often produce a marginal performance improvement but within a day performance is back to sub-par. If cable or DSL is not available in your area, TCW provides friendly customer service and slow internet service. Update 9/19/2019: Customer service has quit responding to my service requests which report extremely slow speeds. I'm now stuck with less than 1MBps down and up for most of the days and nights. Lowering my rating of TCW from 3 stars to 1 star. Update 10/26/2020: I've been paying for Industrial ($94.95 per month) and fail to get even 2Mbps download speeds most of the time. I strongly recommend seeing if T-Mobile or Verizon offers 4G home service in your area or signing up for Starlink as soon as it becomes available.

My family has had continuous trouble with our Internet. Currently we are without Wi-Fi even though we are paying the $95 a month package. A worker was scheduled to come out and never showed up. we even upgraded the package (with this company) in hopes to get better Internet service. This obviously did not happen. Now they are closed until Monday and we will be without Wi-Fi for about a week. Like previously stated, this company has very friendly workers but the quality of Internet is atrocious. We are hoping there are alternatives that we can switch to.

We’ve had a lot of intermittent internet problems lately. However, Haley came out from TCWireless today and figured out the issue. After having resolved it, we now have good internet service in working order. Appreciate the helpful service!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I've had them for 4 years. They never update you when there are issues. I moved and have called them 3 times to cancel/transfer to the next people because it's the only service available at that location. Haven't heard back so I am currently still paying for a service I don't use. You would think after 4 years of paying over $100 for just internet they could contact you back. Communication is not their strong suit.

I gave these people Four tries to get service right. and they failed to deliver anything reliably. They charged me $150 for their equipment up front. Edit failed on the first day! The monthly was $65 per month. For signal that was not strong enough to stream on reliably. And it would drop out every time the wind blew. Or rain. Customer service is a real problem. No one answers the phone. You are forced to leave messages. That go unanswered. One time I called several times a day for five days straight. Before someone responded about an outage. And after a month and a half of anguish. I called and had a service turned off. And connected to cable out of desperation. It turned out to be $15 per month cheaper with spectrum cable underground. And now I discovered they showed up and took the equipment off the roof. When I was away. Which seems funny because I paid them $150 for that equipment upfront? And that’s why I am reviewing this in a negative fashion. Try County Wireless only does one thing well. Removing money from your pocket. For services but never actually happened. don’t waste your time Learn from my experience as a new customer who is more than disappointed

We have had three weeks without internet. We have called DAILY sometimes twice and if we by some miracle don’t get the answering machine, we have been promised visits and provided with nothing but excuses. With working from home for the foreseeable future this is unacceptable. I’m paying for a service that I can’t use. Edit: after posting this review a response was issued quickly and our problem has since been resolved
