I have been going Rite Aid for almost 20 years, this particular location for 8 years. Pharmacy is always very busy, so sometimes issues happen but they are always helpful in solving any issues immediately. They are always professional and accommodating. And just recently I learned they deliver which is great. 2 👍👍Highly recommend. ** Got a personal thanks from the pharmacy for my review, and the reason why I mention it is because they knew exactly who I was which goes to say something about small towns and local businesses are still alive even though they might have a franchise name. This pharmacy is extremely busy and they're going through a lot of changes but everybody give them a chance they're doing the best that they can. You guys are doing great up there keep up the good work.

I have used this pharmacy often with no problems, but today I used pay as you go and asked for free delivery. The pharmacy technician asked what delivery service I used. I said yours. Rite Aid. She acted like she did not know what it was. Then the female pharmacist got on the phone and said I did not use pay as you go or delivery service. Well I have an Email stating I paid via this method and my bank shows money pending to come out for this transaction. Not very good customer service.

The pharmacy closes early on Saturday now, and it is not reflected on the web site, or on the automated recording. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Kudos to Rite Aid in Linden during the power outage. I was out of power at my place, but wasn't sure if Rite Aid was, so I drove into town to find out. I pulled into the parking lot and could tell that they had no power. Alpine was up and running with a generator, so there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. As I pulled in, I saw two women sitting on the sidewalk near the Rite Aid entrance, but I wasn't quite sure who they were. I parked, got out of my car, and walked toward the women. They immediately jumped up and asked if I was picking up a prescription that had been filled prior to the outage. I was in luck, because that was the case! They proceeded to open the door for me and use their camera flashlights to bring me back to someone in the pharmacy that was able to give me my prescription. They said that they would be there until about 8:00 p.m. that night, but after that, it would just be too dark to really find things effectively. I was in awe of this team that went above and beyond to make sure that people could get their prescriptions even though they had no power. Mad respect for all of you and a huge THANK YOU!!

They think me and my friend were stealing how dare they yes I get it a lot of teenagers steal but most people aren’t bad people she kept following us around so annoying.
