Placed an order for 3 big Macs and 2 large fries. Received equivalent of 1 large fries and 1 complete Big Mac. Called the restaurant and was hung up on twice because Gary the manager said he bagged my order and everything was perfect. He never even gave me the chance to comment on the Big Macs. I understand that everyone is short handed and would prefer to wait a couple more minutes to ensure properly made food. This visit was completely ridiculous! Oh yeah and the fries weren't even cooked all the way. ~sherry

I have used this pharmacy often with no problems, but today I used pay as you go and asked for free delivery. The pharmacy technician asked what delivery service I used. I said yours. Rite Aid. She acted like she did not know what it was. Then the female pharmacist got on the phone and said I did not use pay as you go or delivery service. Well I have an Email stating I paid via this method and my bank shows money pending to come out for this transaction. Not very good customer service. ~Anne

Great service and communication. Sealed pool deck with anti skid. It was really windy out so a couple spots got missed. I contacted them and they came back the next day (on a holiday too). ~John

Have been experiencing intermittent outages for the last three months, increasing drastically in frequency. Have reached out multiple times and received little-but usually NO response to troubleshoot or resolve. Wouldn’t recommend if you need even semi-reliable service…ours is to the point of going out daily (sometimes for an hour, often for several hours). I’ve given this company countless opportunities to rectify, but unfortunately they don’t seem to be interested in servicing or communicating with their customers. I use our internet for business purposes, so feel the need to warn those who this would affect outside of minor inconveniences. Buyer beware. ~Angela

I hadn’t shopped at this store in several months and was amazed by the changes since my last visit! WOW!!! Several months ago, the store was disorganized, and I spent a great deal of time trying to find food that had not expired. Things are significantly different, and I was impressed by the overall appearance of the store, how much cleaner it was, and the ease of being able to find things I was looking for. Very unhappy with this visit. I took my minivan to their shop to have a front-end issue diagnosed, and an oil change. They diagnose the left front tie rod, and tire rotation. So I told them to go ahead and do it. They failed to tell me before I authorize the repair, via phone call . that there was a pretty major issue with the brake system. It was in the original inspection, but I didn't know about it until they handed me the receipt. They never made note of it on the phone. In the end, they ended up replacing the wrong side tie rod, and did no good whatsoever for the vehicle. It's now unsafe to drive and I live in the minivan so it has hit me pretty hard. I can't recommend a company that doesn't know right from left, and can't diagnose and properly fix a basic front end issue.
