Took my car in for suspension clunk. Shop found no safety issues and couldn't reproduce, which the issue is very hard to notice now that it is warmer. But they didn't take advantage of the situation and start throwing parts at it to make money. They were honest and didn't even charge a diagnostic fee (I did get oil change and tire rotation). Very unhappy with this visit. I took my minivan to their shop to have a front-end issue diagnosed, and an oil change. They diagnose the left front tie rod, and tire rotation. So I told them to go ahead and do it. They failed to tell me before I authorize the repair, via phone call . that there was a pretty major issue with the brake system. It was in the original inspection, but I didn't know about it until they handed me the receipt. They never made note of it on the phone. In the end, they ended up replacing the wrong side tie rod, and did no good whatsoever for the vehicle. It's now unsafe to drive and I live in the minivan so it has hit me pretty hard. I can't recommend a company that doesn't know right from left, and can't diagnose and properly fix a basic front end issue. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air & cabin filter replacement

Super nice people and got me some possible answers to what was wrong with my car. However, I went there for a diagnosis, and left with more issues. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't even start, couldn't get the key out of the ignition or lock the steering wheel. They blew it off as a common occurrence. Well, I have never had this happen since owning this car for years. Now I have another problem to deal with that I didn't cause, as it is still doing it ever since then.

My 2008 dodge caliber wouldn't start, no noise, or clicks. Nada. So I call to have it towed to Linden Auto, they had it 4 days, finally I get a call and he tells me it's my tipm. I say "well there is this relay", he cuts me off and says "nope, its ur tipm and we can't do it here, you have to take it to a dealership!" Thankfully I didn't listen bc it would have costed me thousands of dollars. I replaced the tipm, my car still did nothing. Performed a hard reset and still nothing. Turns out it was the relay switch, corroded and broke off. I'm so mad right now I could spit nails. Also they charged me $150 just to tell me the wrong thing. I've been without my car over a month waiting on a cheap part and my disability check. This whole time I could have had that done much faster. I'm extremely disappointed with this whole situation.

Fantastic shop! I highly recommend them. My car was running very rough. They found and fixed the problem within a day. They only charged me for the diagnostic test. I've driven the car for 200 miles and it's running great. They were very friendly, professional, and they obviously really know cars. Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife brought our car to them for an alignment. They said we had to replace parts before it could be aligned. We just had it to a trusted mechanic to have parts replaced to get the alignment. They wanted more than we wanted to pay, so they parked it under a mulberry tree where bird excrements and berries landed all over it. We had issues with them before and looks like nothing has changed. We thought we would give them another chance. Some things never change

They are able to provide excellent customer service and quality repairs at an affordable price. Best service ever. Expected the worst, was told the truth when they could have taken advantage of me. Always took care of my own auto repair but with 2 cancer diagnosis and 2 joint replacements and daily chemotherapy can't do it any longer. Wanted to support local business, glad I did. Mark is awesome. Could have gouged me like most dealerships but told me the truth. Will not go anywhere else. THE BEST.
