I have never been so inconvenienced by a company in my life! Considering that many people work from home an internet connection is of extreme importance. I went to return a flex box that I wasn’t using at this branch and the worker there assumed I wanted my entire service turned off!! Then after spending hours on the phone it was back on but kept dropping every 2 days. I am switching to a different provider and never looking back. Goodbye and good riddance Xfinity! ~Mousa
