Whoever the manager at this location is needs to give Meghan the cashier a raise. That woman is the pinnacle of great customer service, she was very nice and took care of my return/exchange without any problems. If there was more people like her in the work force the world would be a better place.

Blaaa. Higher prices then ever. Buy tools? Sure let's go shop on amazon. Ship it the next day . Why should I pay double then two years ago ? And one of there generators first time I used it 7 months after I bought it. Well it we up actually cought everything that was plugged into it on fire !!!! Thank god I was hone to prevent a disaster. Warranty. Sure will get you a new fire started. Well I threw it away after disabling it.

Much like Home Depot and Lowes, a man could blow his whole paycheck in this place at one visit. This particular location is clean, the employees are friendly, and the store is petty well stocked. Every time I've been there, I've always found what I was looking for. The quality of products they sell in the store could be a hit or miss depending on what you're buying. The only problem I've had is with a chainsaw that leaked the chain oil out of the bottom of the tool. I should have taken it back, but that's on me.

Good selection of affordable tools and they will let you return things that are defective. I shop here for a lot of my tools. It’s worth the drive.

This harbor freight tools store has been here for at least 10 years and it is definitely the source for your budget tool needs! The online inventory accurately represents what the store has on hand and the store is generally kept up pretty good.

Thank God I wasn't there when it blew! I bought a carport from this store a couple of weeks ago. Just came home today to find it completely ripped to shreds by the first mild rainstorm we've had since I bought it. Harbor Freight claims to have a 90 day return policy, but apparently that's only if you have a receipt, even though I paid for this with a card! Though they've completely scammed me out of my money, I'm thankful that no one was hurt and that my car was not parked in the port when this happened. Say what you want about the Home Depot, but I've never had an issue like this with returning a defective item well within a reasonable amount of time ever, and will never shop at this store again.

This store like all other harbor fright tools stores, have tools for budgets. The only downside side here, staff are not friendly compared to other locations. Something the manager can improve.
