Best tool store in Westland, Michigan (MI) 2024

Thank God I wasn't there when it blew! I bought a carport from this store a couple of weeks ago. Just came home today to find it completely ripped to shreds by the first mild rainstorm we've had since I bought it. Harbor Freight claims to have a 90 day return policy, but apparently that's only if you have a receipt, even though I paid for this with a card! Though they've completely scammed me out of my money, I'm thankful that no one was hurt and that my car was not parked in the port when this happened. Say what you want about the Home Depot, but I've never had an issue like this with returning a defective item well within a reasonable amount of time ever, and will never shop at this store again. ~Charlie
