Will 100% be moving my loan to another bank. They tacked on a $2500 expensive "insurance" onto my loan without my permission when I had insurance through State Farm the whole time! The system they use to show proof of insurance is a joke and now I think I'm going to miss the deadline even though I submitted it on time because they "have more questions." Not a single email or any alert... only sent 2 letters in the mail like it's 1991. I've had this loan almost 3 years and got a new policy and forgot to submit a declaration page. Maybe try calling?
