My wife recently got a new job and went online to set up her direct deposit for our checking at ASBT and the routing number showed that her check would be going to ASBT. However; it was the old routing number from before the buyout/merger and it sent her check into a holding pattern within the system. I called Dustin, told him what the situation was and he said he would check it with the back office and get back to me. Within 10 mins or so, my phone rang, ASBT had found the money and placed it into our account. Yesterday I wrote a less than flattering review and today I take it all back, Dustin restored my faith in ASBT .
