Been banking with Sunflower 30 years. I can't think of any issues I've ever had. Always friendly & helpful. Only issue is the ATM is broke down a lot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! they will not close your account without extreme hassle. I had to go in person and even then couldn't get a straight answer. They charge you for EVERYTHING! I had nearly 100$ in fees racked up in just a few days

Horrible experience with Sunflower Bank all around. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time with Sunflower when there are financial institutions with better products and far superior service.

I do not recommend banking here, no protection. They give you the runaround, flat out lie about dates, and will lot allow you to file a dispute on a deceased person’s account because a dead man can’t sign for himself. My father passed in August and it was reported to the bank who said they could take no action until his death certificate was received, in that month his account was overdrafted by hundreds of dollars for transactions a dead man can’t make and were not authorized.

Literally every sunflower branch in Salina is the slowest sunflower that I have ever been to. Sat behind one car for 35 minutes and couldn't get out because there were people behind me and both drive-thru lines beside me and six cars went before I even got there. If you have businesses doing deposits or transactions or somebody doing multiple transactions I would advise them to go inside because it slows down the drive-thru even worse than what it already is.
