Had to get this government lifeline with Cricket and it's so called unlimited data plan is the worst. Doesn't work in Mexico anyhow.

It was the second Cricket store I visited that day and thank goodness the sales girl was great . I needed to add another line and purchase a phone to go with it for my son. She gave me the rundown on prices and features so I could make an informed decision . I was in and out in under 20 minutes and just over $100 for phone, activation, month of service , everything !

WARNING to customers. This store is is blatantly and overtly unethical. if you are purchasing a phone do not go to a franchise store you will have issues if you ever need to return anything and also their prices are somewhat higher I noticed. it's always safer to go to a corporate store there is a corporate cricket store right across the street from this one do not waste your time at these small cell phone stores in the mall they are scammy. This is due to the ownership of these franchises. my experience was quite the hassle I purchased a phone and the very next day I attempted to return it for a different model. It clearly says "refund policy" onthe receipt that " It can return it within 7 days of purchase"t were going to charge me a $25 restocking fee which is fine. However they would not return the phone it would not let me change it to a different phone even though it says it clear as they on the receipt. So I called cricket corporate and they told me the store is required to honor the terms of the refund on the receipt so I thought the problem was resolved but a Jesus the manager would not allow an exchange or refund for my purchase. At the same time it wasn't his choice he's just following the policies that the owners set which are the real scammers. Don't believe these reviews on here a lot of them seem fake. You will have trouble if you try to return anything this store is great if you want to pay a phone bill but I would never purchase anything from here and I would advise others to do the same go to a corporate store you have more consumer protection there

The manager Jesus has really great customer service skills and Francisco as well. I had some issues and Jesus and Francisco made sure that no matter what i left satisfiedand a happy customer. Recently i had issues my phone and Jesus took care of it with ease. I works highly recommend friends and any one starting business with cricket to setup at this store.

Ft Frankie went above and beyond to try and resolve a voicemail issue ive had with my phone. We've tried for two hours she went and did more than anybody has ever done issues still unresolved but she did figure out that it is connected to my phone number not to the SIM card not to the phone and has done a case report and lots of follow up with me to Bath & Beyond Cricket on H Street and Frankie

Staff was very polite and helpful. Alan was very nice to me and my mother. He was very patient in transferring all her pictures on her old phone to the new one. So far we are both very happy with the service overall. Cheap and reliable.
