Went in not really knowing what to expect but Raul Z. was amazing helped me with every question and some I didn’t know. Figured out the best plan and next steps. Been with Verizon for 20+ yrs and this was the best experience I’ve had , once again a big thanks to RAUL Z. For his Professionalism and his Personality that made the difference in this enjoyable interaction.

I will NEVER do business with this "store" again". We were supposed to be credited $1000(one thousand) 7 MONTHS AGO. In case you missed that, I said 7 MONTHS AGO. After 10 store visits AND calls, we've gotten nowhere. They kept telling us that our credits will show in the next billing cycle. After NOT seeing our credits, we contact them again and are always told the same thing over and over.. The manager is either 1. Not there 2. Busy 3.Will call us back which never happens. Last time we went in (AGAIN) to get help regarding our credit, we were told that there was no need to physically visit the store and to expect a call from the manager that day. We received a call back the NEXT day from the manager (again, let me remind you this was 7 months and 10 attempts later) letting us know to wait another week which I am SURE is going to get us nowhere. This isn't even about the money anymore. It's about how unprofessional they are and how poorly they handle business. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason to lie to your paying customers over and over again. With that being said, I am contacting Corporate, sharing my review everywhere and filing a small claims case. See you in court Victra and don't forget your receipts.

All this store cares about is sales. Nothing happens how they say it is gonna happen. Was convinced by a sales person that they can save me money by upgrading and changing my plan. Since then I been paying 100 dollars more a month and numerous other charges and no one is held accountable. All they care about is sales and when someone messes up good luck getting help to correct it. I would never recommend anyone do business with this establishment. Have tried numerous times to have problems corrected and no one has done anything. Once you sign the contract it's your problem now

I have same experience as someone else below. They are liars and don't give you what you are told in the store. You won't get credits for the phones you trade in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They stole my phones and decided to rip me off. Last year around September I traded in 3 phones. They said I should get my credit for the phones in a couple of billing cycles along with a $900 credit for switching from another provider. That never happened so I went to the store in December and the manager Sergio said they had mixed up my phones and didn't know which were mine, so they found my phones and he did some processing and said my credits would show up in the next bill cycling. Needless to to say, that never happened either. After many phone calls that are always screened by their service center, I could never reach him. I called Verizon direct and said I would get a call back which never happened. After such a horrible experience I said screw it and decided to file small claims for $2,400. I have court date coming up soon so I'll keep you all posted.

Very frustrating dealing with Verizon authorized retailer store over all. I order online and decided to do store pick up. Never got the confirmation that is ready to pick up. Called the number listed here but is just a call center for all Verizon authorized retailer. They wanted me to cancel my online order and go to the store and buy it there. I finally decided to cancel the online order and it turned out they can't reapply the discount I got from online. Shady!!!!!

It took a while to get assisted as they were busy. I didn’t mind the long wait at all because the excellent customer service I received totally made up for it. Ms.Cherise apologized just about three times for the long wait - she was sincerely apologetic. She assisted me as soon as she got done assisting the person who came before me. She answered all my questions and concerns about the process of trading my phone, she was also very kind and helpful. She is an asset to the company; good customer service is rare these days.

Zero stars! RJ is a liar. Do not come here! They are not honest. RJ lies and your bill will not be what they claim. We spent hours here and transferred our lines to Verizon five of them business. The prices we were quoted are not what we are paying! We have it in writing and we are still paying more we have not gotten out credits and it has been months. RJ is no help just lies now I have to climb the corporate ladder to get my issue resolved. I am reporting them to the better business bureau. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. It has been one lie after the other. We brought all our lines here have crappier service and paying more money all because someone was just lying to get commission we will take this all the way to court. Bad business shame on Verizon!

Very helpful verizon store a worker name de andre was suoer helpful help me get my self a gift a galaxy active 2 watch for fathers day and even he even went above costumer service really helped me even came out with a ipad 7th for my daugther will be coming back for sure for future purchases and service
