I have one issue other than that service is fast and they fix my lcd screen good everytime at a good prize. There helpful and seem like nice people. My issue is i take my phone because my lcd screen needs to be replaced. Everytime they ask for my password . I used to fix phones and not once I needed customers password. Now when I receive my phone back tech or Owner said you have to wait over 13 minutes because phone was disabled. Now thats weird

Great place. Had good prices and a professional staff. The front desk worker gave me a quote site unseen over the phone and they finished the job ahead of schedule within a couple of hours. Most definitely recommend to my friend that have a broken screen.

We took a Galaxy S10+ to repair the screen on a Saturday afternoon, they said it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday the latest and that they would call when complete. They asked for a $150 deposit. Tuesday 3 hours before they closed, we called and they said the phone was not ready. I would have expected at least a courtesy call to let me know the phone wouldn't be ready. Unbelievable that after 3 work days they couldn't fix my phone. . Extremely poor customer service. We took it somewhere else and they had it ready in less than 2 hours.

WIRELESS PROS ARE THE BEST! A friend told me about this place and took my iphone in for repair, it was ready in less than 1 hour and never gave a problem. They're fast, friendly and professional. Big selection of accessories and phones plus if they don't have it or carry it they'll special order it for you. It's hard to recommend a company or service but these guy never let me down.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The guys took 2 days to finish my phone . The first day I went to pick it up 4 hours after dropping it off . I never got a call back so I had to keep calling to see if it was almost done . The girl keep telling me the same thing “he’s almost done “. I took initiative to go after two hours to check it out it still wasn’t done . Hours later I call and he finally finished . I go & I check out my phone . The front camera still wasn’t working correctly . If I hadn’t checked it out he would have let me pay and leave without pointing out it still isn’t fixed ! I had to pay full payment anyways and leave it over night .. the next day when I go to pick it up it STILL wasn’t working correctly . The only thing he fixed was the back camera . So I was confused as why I payed so much when he didn’t even fix the front camera . He did replace the screen but my phone STILL is not working well and it is working WORSE the. It was before he “fixed it “ . Idk what he did but my screen isn’t responsive and my phone crashes all the time . Save you money and time and go else wear for a screen replacement or anything in general . I had to buy a new phone from what should have been an easy fix , when I brought it in my screen was cracked but still responsive a couple days after him replacing it my phone no longer works . Stay away from this place there’s a reason why the prices are low also the guy never even apologized.

Excellent customer service. Every time I come into this particular store, they go out of their way to help me with all my concerns. They are polite and friendly and I get the sense that they take every customer seriously with any concerns. I've been to numerous Metro Stores in San Diego and Wireless Pros is the best BY FAR. Kudos to Wireless Pros.
