Rented us a vehicle that already had some damage. Didn't think it was a big deal. Get 4 hours away and the front starts falling off. We're told to tape it and go to the nearest budget to swap it out. Vehicle wouldn't make it another hour on interstate. Called roadside. Lady at first told us we would have to pay fees to swap out vehicle. I explained what happened and she said she was calling to get us a replacement car. Now we're driving the messed up vehicle another 35 miles to swap the car because they refused to bring us one. ~MaRanda
