Best book store in Highland Heights, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Order your books elsewhere, they either don't get it right, or if you need a new book because of an online code or want to make sure none of the pages are torn out, they will, 90% of the time, send you a used book. Also the customer service is terrible, i been trying to figure out how to replace my used one they sent me, when I needed the new book for the online code, and cannot get a single person to answer the phone anytime of day any day of the week for a week now. Check any other bookstore for your books, it will be cheaper as well. Idk why they uncharge the books when we need them so badly, especially after they do the same to the classes, mandatory meal plans, housing is like 20% more expensive than anywhere else and still make those living on campus buy a parking pass, oh and the mandatory rec center fee that will never get used. ~Xpl0ration
