5 Best restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky (KY) 2024

The service was great. The drinks were good. The atmosphere was slightly romantic if a bit aged and dingy. Our food was brought to us quickly and the presentation was nice. I just wish that the food tasted better. We had the fish with crab cakes, curried paella, and tuna tartar appetizer. All but the paella was under seasoned. The paella was a bit soupy. If given the opportunity, we may return but would likely opt for sandwiches or salads. ~Michelle

Beautiful space with lots of plants, comfortable seating, kind staff, and good coffee. It really is the best chocolate chip cookie, too! 🍪 😋 ~Lois

It is a very cozy environment with extremely helpful and lovely staff. It's a great place to grab a book and mingle for a while with cappuccino or espresso. Also, They have plenty of outlets so if you wanna bang things out on a laptop for a couple of hours, it's a pretty ideal place. The pastry selection is plentiful to full and diverse. I love the scrumptious cakes. They also roast their coffee in-house, which is neat. From what it seems like, they mainly provide dark roasts. I will definitely come back for a second visit. ~Personality

This Fazoli’s has been over the top wonderful every time I have been here. The customer service cannot be beat. The staff at this location are always so nice and so attentive. They make you feel welcome and they are on top of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The food is hot and accurate. The pepperoni pizza had cheese under the pepperoni pieces and on top of them too! That made for an excellent bite. The new garlic chicken ravioli was out of this world good. I really hope they keep it on the menu. The Chicken Parmesan was great per usual. The portion sizes were large, especially for the price. They had to go boxes in the cafe ready for customers who dined in to grab when they were ready if they needed it and I really liked how convenient that was. The condiment bar was stocked up, organized, and clean. I really cannot suggest this Fazoli’s location enough if you’re looking for a quick Italian meal on the cheap. They are amazing here and I hope upper management knows just how wonderful the staff is here! ~Rachel

Great place to try Middle Eastern food! The buffet is split into various sections/offerings. Salads(over 5 to choose from), meats: chicken, beef and lamb, rice dishes, lentil, hummus (2 kinds) and egg plant dishes. Pita bread(run it through the toast to warm it up...trust me) and 2-3 desserts including baklava. Everything was fresh, light and filling. The service was outstanding, very friendly and willing to answer questions. Try the spicy cauliflower 😋, it isn't overly spicy, but great flavor. The falafel was great...crunchy outside soft and flavorful interior. We will definitely be going again. Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options, and all flavorful. Wheelchair accessibility: No barriers that I could see, and I am handicapped. Door is not automatic, may need help with that. ~Jean
