My spouse went to auto zone to get a part for her vehicle. The people working were rude, and unhelpful. She went across the street to O'Reilly's and the staff there were exceptional. They made sure she had the right part, they went out to the vehicle on hand and knees to ensure correct fit. Great job 👍 ~Frank

Mostly great experiences when I shop there; The one star deduction is for the machine in the picture. I used this thing for six months and my bicep never got bigger. Every time I put my arm in it, I felt super strong, but then I took my arm out and it was right back to being a wet noodle. Bummer! ~T

Great.. I had only small amount of time to rescue a family member.. got theit car to the store They tested the battery and alternator. They drove to the next town to the next nearest store that had.the battery we needed and then installed it. All for the cost of the battery. I could relax knowing the family member was in good hands and could go back to work... While all this was going on. Kudos for great customer service 👍 ~Harry
