Jose treated me great today I bought a starter on the other side of the state and even though their databases for the stores aren’t connected he went out of his way to look everything up for me and exchange my starter he saved the day thanks again Willy

I couldn’t be happier! I need a battery for my SUV and I’m a single mom. I don’t have the money to go to a mechanic every time something happens. I first approached a female in the store thinking woman to woman she would help me. I got completely ignored. I then asked a guy behind the counter to help me very frustrated. Randy was kind and helped me pick the right battery. He also went above and beyond to help me replace it and put it in my vehicle making my day so much better. This guy deserves a raise. Some staff is just so rude.

Great.. I had only small amount of time to rescue a family member.. got theit car to the store They tested the battery and alternator. They drove to the next town to the next nearest store that had.the battery we needed and then installed it. All for the cost of the battery. I could relax knowing the family member was in good hands and could go back to work... While all this was going on. Kudos for great customer service 👍

Last week I came in for some bulbs, Jose, the employee was very helpful. Even made sure I had the right bulbs for my f150 before I left. Very nice and helpful. Will be coming back if all my auto part needs.

Overall I think it's better than some of the other auto parts stores. They are pretty good at helping you just sometimes it's almost a bother.

Great place to do business! Glad to see a Hispanic working in this field. It was easy for me to go in and because I speak Spanish Jose was able to help me get the right part for my car! Gracias!

Walk in.. Only one guy at the counter surfing the web on his phone. I ask him for 5/16 fuel line. He walked to the back, came back and said "we don't have any". Pretty typical Advance Auto Parts experience. This is why internet parts distributors are killing your business.

My mom recently had a dead battery in her feet compass.... GASP.....the unfortunate part is the battery is not as easy to find. She had been to two different stores looking for a battery that was supposed to be in-stock, but no luck. I called Advanced Auto and spoke with Eric. Not only did he have the battery, but pulled it and had it waiting for her at the counter. It's rare that you get that sort of service these days. I didn't even ask him to do it. He loaded it up in the truck and I had it installed before you can say boom goes the dynamite. I am thankful to them for helping my mom out. Give them a shot....with people like Eric working there, it's worth it.

These guys are great! They tested my truck's battery, changed the battery and the wiper blades. I bought a couple other things, the price and service was outstanding.

I needed a battery and I researched prices and they were all close with some variations. The free installation is what sold me. If AZ does that it would help to have that prominently displayed but I didn't see it. The installation was quick and they guys were not real busy so they did it immediately. They never made me feel like I was bothering them. It was an enjoyable experience.
