The grocery pickup is clearly UNDERSTAFFED DURING PEAK TIMES. They know the busy times and customers are waiting for an hour for their groceries or it's delayed. We pick times based off what fits into our schedules, start scheduling enough workers and stop wasting our time. I shouldn't see only the same 2 workers over and over when every spot for pickup is filled at 5 pm on a weekend. I checked in 50 minutes ago and have only seen about 4 vehicles get loaded up and leave.

Avoid this place! Went in the morning. When it was 0600, dark outside, quiet in the hood. They had super loud music blaring in the parking lot! Stupid idea! This is a BAD neighbourhood. Can’t hear anyone creeping up on you.

Seems the workers can't put their phones down. God forbid if you need help with anything. The Walmart in Elizabethtown is much better and cleaner.

I'm tired of getting the notification that my delivery order has substitutes after the cut off time. Sometimes the substitutes are fine but most of the time they're not. You're causing me to make a trip to Walmart that I try to avoid by having my order delivered.

I went to the pharmacy and I had to transfer prescriptions from out of state. The associates were very helpful,they got my prescriptions set up and filled them the same day. They also signed me up for the Rx program because I am still waiting to be approved for Medicaid in this state. I am very impressed with their efficiency and kindness. And I am making them my home pharmacy. Thank you so much team Walmart!

They are more concerned with the online customer than the one who is in the store. Online gets the meat products that are in the back. But in store customers are told there is no one to get it for them. Need fabric go elsewhere, you can page and page for assistance and then go looking for assistance. When you find an employee chatting with another employee and request help they call on their radio. Someone finally shows up and then unable to complete task. When you express disappointment they tell you they have to take care of online customer first. I don't understand. Don't they schedule that pick up? Schedule more time in between so in Store customer get help. Very poor experience the last 3 times there. Not sure when I will or if I will go back. Poor customer service.

This Walmart always looks like a war zone. It is very hard to maneuver down the aisles or get to the aisle you want. The best time to stock the shelves is when there are no customers in the store, and after hours! No hot food from the deli and it was only 4pm. If you're not going to serve hot food anymore, put up a sign!

Mostly great experiences when I shop there; The one star deduction is for the machine in the picture. I used this thing for six months and my bicep never got bigger. Every time I put my arm in it, I felt super strong, but then I took my arm out and it was right back to being a wet noodle. Bummer!
